Meg Underwood is a CliftonStrengths® Certified Coach and experienced educator who partners with students and early-career professionals to navigate academic and career transitions with clarity and purpose. Through one-on-one coaching and engaging workshops, she helps clients understand their strengths, tell their story with confidence, and take meaningful steps toward college, internships, and career paths that align with who they are.

With more than 15 years of experience across high schools, universities, and nonprofit organizations, Meg brings practical insight and an energetic, relatable style to both individual coaching and group training environments. Her workshops focus on strengths development, decision-making, and preparing for life’s next chapter—equipping participants with tools they can use immediately.

Based in Fort Wayne, Meg also collaborates with schools, community organizations, and nonprofit networking groups.
